** Tailspin is one of the Micromasters I got in a lot from an old friend. He is in near-mint condition, with tight joints. Depending how you look at it, He DOes or Does not come complete because he does not have any accessories (So he is not missing any), but I do not have the rest of the Race Car Patrol (Roadhandler, Free Wheeler, Swindler) that he came with.
